Award winning HIGH VOLUME Peruvian restaurant in Miami is looking for experienced staff to join our team. Candidates must be able to work night, weekends and holidays; Part time and full time positions available.

General Managers, Assistant Managers -- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in fine dining, high volume.
- Most have strong leadership Skills and abilities.
- Ability to manage, lead, train, and develop people.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be dependable, reliable and motivated.
- Must be outgoing, personal, and reliable with a strong sense of hospitality.
Professional Servers- Minimum 2 years experience in fine dining, high volume. Must be able to lift at least 30 lb. Bi-lingual is a plus. Experience in wine and fine food a plus.
Food runners and Expo -- Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Experienced Bartenders -- Minimum 1 years experience. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. Mixology experience a plus. Bi-lingual is a plus.
Bussers -- Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Silverware roller positions -- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Cashiers -- Minimum 1 year experience. Must be willing to learn.
Host/Hostess -- Minimum 1 year experience. Must be willing to learn.
Hot and Cold Kitchen Cooks: (Rotisserie chicken experts, sautéed, wok, fryer, hot/cold prep, sushi and ceviche experts) -- Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Dishwashers -- Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
